Hi guys
I'm 42 and have always enjoyed sport since I was kid . I've participated in many sports over the years I played badminton to a decent level through my school years . Later on in took up football which I played briefly at a semi pro standard . I still play football once a week but find it harder to recover so my main focus is swimming , walking the dogs and occasional kayaking trips through the warmer months . I've also started short intense workouts I've found on sky TV which I'm finding very rewarding . But for all this my biggest hurdle is controlling my eating so any help or advice concerning this would be appreciated.
Thanks if you read this and don't be scared to share

Hi. Happy new year! I am on a massive weight loss journey... and I'm not sure what you're eating issues are, as far as the foods, the timing, the amounts, etc.... but I went to a weight specialist doctor a couple weeks ago and I've basically been eating a ketogenic lifestyle and literally just lost 10 pounds this week....and I don't feel starved or deprived, so just thought I would throw that out there if you were looking for a certain eating type of plan. There has been controversy around this lifestyle because of the allowance of fat, however my doctor said she's been reading up on a lot of studies about it and fat does not raise your blood sugar, fat gets burned off if you eliminate carbs and sugars, etc.... so far so good for me2
