I started keto on January 1st after having trouble losing weight. I seemed to be stuck. So far I have lost 7 pounds and I have nothing bad to say about this diet. Some days are harder than others though. My weight loss also seems to be at a halt. I have decided to exercise three times a week to help my progress. Feel free to add me and help motivate me! I would also love to hear any tips or advice about this diet since I have just started.
