Finally getting serious about calorie counting and hitting my numbers to maximize my training. No more "eye-balling" my food intake! Looking for good advice and positive influences.

Welcome I think the app is great been using it for years for me it's a maintenance thing because I'm such a sweet addict and love carbs..I do log everything, set my goal lower then intended on purpose, and eat 5 small meals. Have learned restaurants totally blow me away with calories if I don't look them up first. Good luck1
