Hi everyone,
I just started my fitnesspal today (01.10.17). I am 38 and hurt too bad for my age. I'm 75 lbs overweight. Just needing motivation daily.

    Pain sucks. Peruse the sticky discussions under the Home button above, learn from the Success Stories. Accept that you'll have to make some changes and they're going to be easy.

    Begin simply by logging your food for a week. The point of that is to practice telling yourself the truth. Use a kitchen scale to weigh your food, record everything honestly. This is an educational experience, because you'll be able to see the low-nutrient high-calorie foods that are the worst parts of your diet. Once you understand, you can change.

    It's really very simple. You have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat what you like in appropriate portions. Drink a lot of water, and get good sleep. Some snacks are allowed, but you need to figure out how to budget your calories.

    Sounds familar. You remind me of my ex..... he went through the same exact thing, i busted him being a ho on here so i got an account and i been working out and not eating right but everything in moderation. He dumped me cause i caught him but oh well, i been working out since the end of Febuary and i lost 30 pounds. Kinda cheated but i still worked out and lift, go to the park and exercise with some friends and my lil one. Keep your head up Love!
