Hi, I'm new. One of my goals is to stop emotional eating when bored or stressed.

Does anyone have any affirmations that they've used and liked?

I found some online that I'm going to try using this month. I'll try saying them in morning, throughout the day and hopefully remember them when the comfort eating cravings hit.

I am in full control of my impulses
I can easily go without snacking
I listen to my body and eat only when I am truly hungry
I am building a healthy relationship to food
I will find a healthier way to deal with emotions
