Hello all!

So the new year starts. It's been 2 years since I last hit the gym and the diet (life events getting in the way) but this year something feels different. Today I woke up hating the fact of going to the gym, but for the first time...ever (from what I can remember) I was able to push past that mental block and BOOM! I;m in the gym.
