Sooo after weighing myself a few days ago and realizing I'm about to be 29 years old, I realized it's only going to get worse unless I'm more proactive. I ain't 21 anymore

    Ahh I didn't know it cut me off. I'm looking for a small group of a few people so we can motivate each other and give advice. :)
