Hi all
Just started and have a lot to lose. Please i need advice and support and I hope to support other too. I am a foster carer to a 20 year old with special needs and a 6 year old with special needs. 6 year old is very active so go out a lot walking, but like most parents/carers to busy looking after others forgot about myself ,but now I need time to look after myself or I will be to unfit and unwell to do my job.
