Looking for support

I'm Lisa, I have been on MFP for just one week. So far so good but it would be really great to have more support. Please add me and we can give each other support and motivation!

    Hi I've sent friend requests.
    After having 5 children I lost 44lbs which took me to 110lbs. I wanted to add more time & shape to my physique so I focused more on lifting weights and paying closer attention to my diet ( I never starve & still have ice cream & chocolate lol) mainly the protein, carb & fat intake. I am now 119lbs and look the best I have so far. I have picked up some knowledge along the way & I understand some of the hurdles - physical, mental & emotional lol,
