So I am allowed 1410 calories a day, can anyone tell me how many if you use your extracalories, that are gained after exercise??? Is it law to use them or what?

If you got 1410 from My Fitness Pal (MFP) - then the answer is Yes.

MFP gave you a calorie deficit without exercise factored in. Some people can't/won't exercise, but they still lose weight. The reason for added calories is to keep your deficit in check. A larger deficit helps you lose weight faster, but it's harder for your body to support existing lean muscle mass. For a lower body fat % - moderate pace weight loss is good.

Keep in mind calorie burns are estimates. So, many people here eat back a %, say 50-75%. Then adjust that number over time depending upon actual results.

I am given 1430 cals to lose 0.5lbs per week. I eat back some or most of my exercise cals and am losing weight.
