can five months make a difference?

Height: 5'6
25 year old female

I don't have a goal weight, i figured i have hit goal when i am happy with my body which is definitely not at the moment, although i've lost 22lbs, i still have LOTS of flab on my body and a huge belly, this isn't an exageration, it's large and very flabby so i know i sitll have a lot of work to do.

i'm off to Thailand for month on 16th December and i am hoping to be comftorbal enough to wear a bikini there.

I'm wondering, has anyone achieved any noticable/amazing changes to their body in five months? if so, how? what were your tricks.

I am willing to do whatever it takes.

    140 for someone who's 5'6" is pretty reasonable or close to it. Sounds like you need to focus more on your body composition and less on dropping the number on the scale. Lifting weights would help.
