New to MFP

I just signed up today. The calorie counting was eye opening already. I have been using keto methods for a week and a half. I realized that I am eating way too many calories and way too much protein when I logged what I'm eating. I really need to cut back to two meals a day to make this work. I also need to watch what I eat and drink on weekends if I want to reach my goals. I did that this past weekend, so it's a start!
