New to MFP

Hey im Daryll 24 in a few weeks, parent to my beautiful 3yr old Daughter :)

Decided it was time to use a app to watch my calorie intake as I cut down some weight. I put on a stupid amount of weight from spending 3 years on anti depressants. Ive been doing fitness since November 2011 when i weighed at my heaviest just shy of 25 stone and currently keep swaying between 18-19 stone and that was going from a weak fat man to a strong weight lifter.

I train regularly. I weight train at least 3 times a week on a DC training log doing a PUSH_PULL_ Legs split I also do 40 mins cardio work before them and another 2/3 days cardio only depending on when I have my daughter or what work I have on.

I will update my food intake and try update my workout logs as i go, i also have my own workout logs in written form from my bodybuilding friends. I am determined to go from Still being flabby to trim :)
