I was just wondering has the site worked out your bmr then deducts what you need to loose Weight. Main reason is I.found a option to add weight training to exercises which gives you calories but if the site has already worked out.your bmr for activities level for gym.days is it worth adding? Long story lol thanks

You subtract from TDEE not from BMR to get the calories you need to lose weight. If you're asking about THIS site it uses NEAT which factors what you need to lose weight and then you need to add in your exercise calories on top of that.2

MFP is set up in such a way that you're supposed to eat back your exercise calories. That said, calories burned through exercise can be a pretty inaccurate number, so many people suggest eating back 50-70% of your exercise calories, just to be safe. Doing so has the added benefit of providing a bit of a buffer if your logging isn't 100% accurate (and whose is, really?).
Also FYI, MFP uses NEAT (Non-exercise activity thermogenesis) to calculate your daily calorie deficit, not BMR. Maintaining a calorie deficit below one's BMR is potentially quite dangerous and can lead to a wide array health problems.0 -
BMR is an arbitrary number that cannot be calculated or measured (with the exception of being in a comatose state).0
