7 day no sugar detox

If your like me and have a bit of a sweet tooth then join me in my week of the bad but good stuff.
Yup thats right no sugar for a whole week.
No candy/sweets
No chocolate
No ice cream/ ice lollys
No desserts
No pastries/ cakes/ biscuits
Basically nothing which includes 'free sugar'
Allowed sugars are the sugar contained in fruit and some veg. Try to limit the fruit intake to perhaps 1 or 2 pieces a day and use veg to make up the rest of your 5 a day.

Whos with me? I am going to start my week tomorrow, each time someone joins then i will start my week again from their date! :)
