Hellllo!

Hello! I just started using the app a few days ago and thought I would post.

I started at 276.8 lbs and have dropped to 251.4 lbs, lost 25.4 lbs in 16 days.

My plan of action included doing intermittent fasting, and eating right during my 8 hour a day food window.

I'm currently in the middle of a picture a day blog, that I will one day make public.
