Hello all, i hope everyone is have a good 2017. I am a 40 year old, well almost 41 female who has made up in her mind that i will not let my body hold me this year with this weight. I am 350, 5'7 at the moment, but not for long i'm looking for other women/men to join me in this new journey to lose unwanted weight.. i log everyday and walk 30,45,55,60 min every day or 3 times a week. i would love to meet people who are trying to lose weight so we can share and help each other.. two is better then one and more is always better..
