Well, after having 3 kids, I am at a staggering 200lbs. I usually don't have a issue with losing weight, despite the fact this is the biggest I have ever been in my life. I was always really skinny growing up, usually around 120-125lbs. I don't want to be that small again. I want tone up, flatten this belly, & lose at least 20lbs (for now). I love the extra cushion, just need them shifted to other places
I don't have the best eating habits, I eat healthy, I just eat large portions, at a time but I am making the proper adjustments now, to lower my calorie intake throughout the days.
As far as exercising go, cardio & strength training from what I read is what I need right now, I guess. I am very much so into yoga & am willing to adjust my regime, as needed to reach my weight goal of 175-180lbs. Like I mentioned before, I am a mother of 3, so being "lazy" is not an option with them around, lol, so I am active. My issue is staying committed to a routine, everyday. Also, I am a stay-at-home mother, so it gets easily for me to just sit down cause I "don't feel like it", (knowing I need to be working out) or I just don't know where to start.
I am ready & willing to try at this, and make realistic goals, to be a happier & healthier me

Fat is lost in the kitchen. Weigh and log everything, don't estimate. Exercise for muscle retention and cardiovascular health.1
