Types of Yoga

Hey all. I enjoy yoga and have tried a couple different varieties such as Bikram and yoga for stretching or relaxation. I'm looking for a type of yoga that will give a real workout but is designed for an overweight newb. Some of those Bikram poses seem impossible at my size, but I love the overall workout. So any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. Also any specific youtube yoga video suggestions would be appreciated as well. Thanks.

I love Yoga With Adriene on youtube. She's got some beginner videos, and lots that you can work up to. She's also really good at offering modifications for those who are starting out or are less flexible.2
