What's the value in seeing the "extra" calories separately? After wearing your FitBit for a while, you'll have a good idea of your TDEE (total burn). Eat 500 calories/day on average less than that to lose 1 pound/week. Or 750 less if you're concerned it's overestimating your burn. Adjust as necessary based on actual weight loss.0

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. I think I have a better understanding what I need to do, and how to do this a bit better. I really appreciate all the extra help you guys have given me. You guys are all so awesome.1
