Need any weight gaining tips before I ship to bootcamp

Hi my name is Dustin and I'm shipping to bootcamp in about 4 months and I would like to gain the most lean muscle possible before I go. Anyone have any weight training and food tips to help me?

4 Months isn't a very long time. At best you can probably gain about 8 lbs of muscle, but you probably also gain that in fat. Men can roughly gain about 1/2lb of muscle in a given week with a moderator surplus and solid training program.
Use a calculator to figure out your TDEE and add between 250-500 calories per day on top of that. Eat around .6-.8g of pro per lb of weight. And follow a program like the below.

I would focus on getting fitter and stronger. Extra weight will make everything at bootcamp harder.0
