Reasons I wouldn't have weightloss this week if I came in or under every day with calories and weighed my food to make sure and exercised on elliptical 20-30 mins a day

Many reasons. Higher sodium/carb intake. Hormonal fluctuations, especially if you're at or nearing TOM. Increased exercise. Stress. It goes on. More food/waste in your system.

Weightless isn't linear:

If you're only going to weigh yourself once a week, you need to look at longer trends. You might have weighed on a day your weight is up due to a higher calorie day the day before, higher sodium, harder workout, etc. Be patient, collect data, look at the trend.1 -
