Calculating food

Hello, any suggestions on how to accurately calculate food in MFP? I'm inputting but my calculations are always off by a few calories

    You just log the amounts. MFP does the calculations.

    Explain what you are doing? What do you mean by calculating? Are you using the recipe builder or just entering foods? I don't really understand your question and maybe if you gave a few more details people could help better. :)

    Use a food scale. You won't have to calculate anything.
