So I tend to lose weight in small chunks.
Nothing for a week then Bam! 2lbs down. No change, just as though my body is saving up or something.

Anyone else deal with this?

(I'm not concerned, just curious if anyone else deals with this).

I lose weight in small chunks every morning... I really need to ease up on the greens.

pretty much everyone loses that way. you don't lose weight every day and some days you will fluctuate UP. It's perfectly normal. This is what is meant by "Weight loss is not linear."

I don't know anyone that doesn't experience this. A long as your weight is on a downward trend over time then you shouldn't be concerned.

When you see people on the boards talking about "whoosh", this is what they mean.
