Yup. Get a scale and start weighing. This turned out to be why I was diligently counting calories and not dropping a pound. The scale is a little weird at first, but once you get used to it it takes no time at all.
And also, personally I think if you got lazy doing paleo then you may poop out on keto too. It just looks like a lot of cooking (more work) to me....
