    Agree. She's hitting the same exercises SL would include. Very similar to the way I started training, main lift then some muscle group specific exercises after. I'd say I made great muscle and strength gains training that way, and it helped me with things like understanding how to activate my lats and other muscles that beginners can struggle to understand.
