Muscles stiffening.

Last week I pulled a Muscle for the first time. It didn't last long. But it's been recurring.

I mostly do Pop Pilates, I box (punching bag) And do 100 rupees at least 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks.
I workout every day and on my rest day I just stretch.

I've been pushing myself and getting stronger but now my calf muscle keeps pulling and I'm afraid of getting injured. I drink 2liters of water daily.


Any advice...

    Try stretching your calves hourly for 30+ seconds:

    Also only wear shoes with no raised heel, all day long. Most shoes have a raised heel, which tightens the calves.

    Avoid doing calf raises in pilates. :+1:
