I'm Christine. I have a binge eating/ emotional eating disorder like so many others out here in myfitnesspal land. I have never sought out help for it besides the well known "diet programs". I decided to seek out professional help. It is amazing how that alone made me more hopeful that I can finally get this under some kind of control. I started off 2017 strong and will continue to do so. My first step was weaning off of my nemesis French Vanilla Creamer. Happy to say that is day 12 and I have Green Tea every day as a substitute. Day 12.. how many days to officially kick a bad habit?. My cardio routine has been Cybex for 30 to 40 minutes 5 times a week and beginning weight training. Looking forward to reading your posts in cyber world. Have a great day.

I am working every day to build strength, increase cardio, run and eat healthy. I have been successful in cutting most sugar out of my diet.Really doing well with that. This month my goal is to keep my daily appt at the gym regardless of my schedule. I work in a very stressful environment in a hospital and we are not allowed to keep water nearby. It is a trip to get a sip of water so I am taking time to make sure when I get over there to drink at least 4 cups before heading back to the nursing station.

    How about you?
