I'm looking for some good home workout videos or programs. Something structured that will keep me motivated. Any suggestions?

Strength, cardio, flexibility? Do you have equipment or no?
YouTube - tons of stuff to stream. Library - DVDs and books. Collage Video & Total Fitness DVDs for video clips & reviews of DVDs.
My favorite YouTube channel is Jessica Smith TV: http://jessicasmithtv.com/2 -
Flexibility, cardio, and strength. I practice yoga, so I have a mat... I also have a kettlebell and an exercise ball, but that's it! Thanks for the suggestions0

1. cardio workouts are easy to find. So start there.
2. keep up with the yoga
3. pick up a few dumbells to supplement your kettle ball so that you can do some progressive weight training work to build strength and muscle. Again easy to find a basic workout online, but make sure you have the proper weights so that you can up the weights to match your increased strength. You will gain quickly if you have never worked out before. I would recommend strongcurves but you may need a few more items to do it properly. If you do not have much equipment there are certainly quite a few options instead.

How do you know how much weight to start with (dumbbells)? Should they feel light at first and get heavier or should they feel kind of heavy to begin with? Advantages of kettlebell vs. dumbbell? Thx...and I'll google strong curves lol, I need a translator!0

well my first question would be what do you like to do?
I do weight lifting at home and use my treadmill (winter)
Others might like programs like 30 day shred or you could find something on fitnessblender.com
If you like strength training try convict conditioning...there is an app for it.0 -

Don't start too low with dumbbells. You don't want endless reps of light weights.....that's muscle endurance. Adjustable dumbbells are great. If you are a beginner you can go a ways with body weight exercise. Then opt for a bit heavier dumbbells.
Kettlebell (no real experience - I used a 10 Minute Solutions DVD to get a feel). But it has it's own set of unique exercises. There's a cardio element to swings. A lot of full body stuff. Seems very efficient. Form is critical and there's a bit of a learning curve. Women generally start in the 12-15 pound range.0 -
