Need to reduce bodyfat

Hi all,

I've lost 60lbs after having a baby. I need to loose a 1.5 stone more and seriously reduce my body fat!

My bmi is 27 and my body fat is 38%

    Hi girl, just keep going! Make sure to do lots of sport to loose weight and build muscle, and eat enough protein.

    As you reach your ideal bmi, you can keep loosing bodyfat staying within a healthy weight range, putting on muscle instead
