So it's 2017 a new year new start. Many of us have goals and resolutions to achieve and keep so what have you broken so far? Coming into this new year my biggest goal was to be vegan and not binge and purge anymore. So far I am still vegan however I purged a few times but I didn't throw up I just took laxatives because I felt like I ate too much. Coming from 16-17 years of bulimia this is actually good for me because things could be and have been worse. I'm not going to let this discourage me. Sometimes when we mess up we lose our will but I'm not going to let this one mistake ruin me. Many of you probably messed up too. You probably missed a few days at the gym, probably ate the wrong thing, probably binged, probably purged... If you have messed up just know that you can make mistakes and probably will because it's a part of the process. So when you make mistakes don't be discouraged keep striving for your best. Keep going.

I resolved not to read or use electronic devices at the table so much. I didn't expect I would never do it again just do it less often and I have so far.
