Paleo With No Nightshades

I am trying to help my best friend's daughter with what seems to be digestive problems. She can't have any fowl, nightshades or anything with preservatives. So nothing that uses canned or jarred ingredients like cream of anything soup and no meat precooked and packaged.
Does anyone know of some INEXPENSIVE Paleo recipes that don't use nightshade veggies; such as tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, etc?
This poor child is in so much pain every time she eats. Desperate to help her.

Check the Food and Nutrition area of the forums or just do a search for "paleo recipes" and it will pull up a lot..

Look up the Autoimmune Protocol. It's an elimination version of paleo, no nightshades at all. Plenty of simple recipes, including roasted chicken, baked salmon, roast vegetables, meatballs, taco meat with compliant seasonings, etc. I like to make this salmon dish http://sweetpotatoesandsocialchange.com/ginger-garlic-salmon-aip-friendly/0
