Newish to the app, I've been here for a little over a few weeks now. Decided for my new year's resolution that I'm going to lose 100 pounds this year after reaching my all time brightest weight of 250 pounds.
Ultimately I would like to get down to 135. Currently I'm going to the gym 5 times a week and working out for 30 minutes to an hour.
I really want to get my health back on track before I have long term effects, and being only 20 I figured it was time. So far I've eliminated all fast food from my diet and I'm aiming to cut out almost all processed foods and eating fresh foods.
