HELP - food ideas

I was wondering whether someone could help me, I'm constantly having salads to try and keep my calorie intake down but I've started to get really bored of eating this, to the point where I really don't want to eat.
I really don't want to start to eat junk food but this is certainly looking more appealing to me!
Any help would be really appreciated.

There are a lot and I mean A LOT of resources on the interweb. Google "healthy/low calorie sandwiches/lunches/dinners/pizzas/pastas/Chinese/steak/barbecue. You're sure to get some good ideas.0

Reading open diaries on here was a big help to me. Especially of those who are around the same number of calories. Also what helps me is to have about the same breakfast every day. That way one meal is simple and done with every day.0
