Over calories but not hitting my macros

I am going over my calories but not hitting my macros... please help. I'm stumped and new. I need more meal choices, more protein and fat choices...

    If you're over calories and under all macros, then you have at least one, and probably more, inaccurate entries logged. The food database is prone to errors due to users creating the entries, so it's best to always double-check the entries you use against nutrition labels or USDA's database.

    Your diary is not open, so hard to say what is going on. If you mean that you are over in carbs and calories, under in fats and protein, then you need to add in some protein/fat to replace the carbs. Cut back on rice/pasta/bread/cereal, add in cottage cheese/Greek yogurt/meat....

    The entries you chose must be have incorrect numbers. Focus on macros if that is what you are following.
