So, I used to run like the wind and went hard at Crossfit for a couple years until shoulder surgery in 2012. I haven't gotten back into a regular fitness regimen since then and my diet has been less than impressive. I'm fortunate I guess, in the sense that I haven't gotten crazy overweight but I'm 42 and am maintaining a pretty decent belly. I used to love being seen and proud of my athleticism and physic, but the last couple years you could hardly catch me without a shirt on and that's just not me. It's time to get back at it, i'm fed up. I'm not looking to go the Crossfit route again, just want to maintain a fit, lean and healthy lifestyle!
