Hello. I have been with the fitness works for the last 3.5 years in group fitness as well as independently working out. My friends/trainers convinced me to participate in running events to doing duathalon racing.
In September of 2013 my trainer introduced me to a couple new bicyclists by saying this is Mike, and in three years, he'll run his first marathon. Three years later, I signed up to participate in my first marathon in 2017. I will definitely need the extra motivation to keep me moving.
