The holidays are over.. Time to start again..

My name is Maggie and now that holidays are over. It was hard to keep off. You might have gain a couple of pounds. But new year and we can do it.. Let do this.. What is your goal??
My goal is to go back to weight was before holidays. I gain 10 pounds. To do that going to keep a journal and gave my self goals for the day. For example long in all foods I eat and excises do, drink 7 bottles of water. I also I add notes to myelf.You can do it.. I add pictures of my self when skinny so inspired to lose weight.. I also wrote down felt that day. What worked and didn't work for me. add me if you want.
