Not really worth it. Just walk in place or jog in place while watching TV = same workout and you won't be as bored, lol.
I disagree with this but it's really a personal preference. When I do this, just walk in place, move around while watching TV, I tend not to go as long. Following along with someone and their suggested moves along with music that has a beat to the timing of your stepping helps me, it's also not JUST walking and jogging in place, there are other moves. It's all really what works for each individual.0
