Hi, I have joined MFP in 2011 and I have been on a slow and steady weigh loss plan. I am 5'6 and currently 158 pounds. I have set my 1st goal to 154 (my BMI goal) 2nd goal 150 and 3rd goal 144. I want to see pictures of others that are around my height and weight or around my goal weight. Thank you so much. I need motivation!

    I'm a little taller (5'8") and i have a small frame.

My before/progress pics are in my profile. Highest weight 168. Currently 138... i want to lose about 8 more lbs of fat, and put on 5-10 lbs of muscle.

I am 5'5-5'6" and 142-144 lbs. I feel pretty great except for a little muffin-top, a size 8. Pics are in my profile, firend me if you like!

My profile pic says it all and is fairly current (the one on the right side of the picture).

    Height 5'4"
    Starting weight: 165
    Goal weight: 125
    Current weight: 120

I have a really small frame though. So the low weight works on me.

I'm 5'5", starting weight of 163. I've only been on mfp for a week, but I'm down to 158. My goal weight is 125-130 (I'm fairly small boned). I'm currently out of town and without a computer so I don't know much about friending, but if you want to add me, please do. I'll add you when I get home :) I was running and doing kettlebells before a knee injury, so for now I'm walking, cycling and using elliptical. When I get home and am sure my knee is healed, I'm going to join my husband for heavy lifting. I e been amazed at the pictures of the heavy lifting ladies here. It seems to really transform your body. Good luck!
