How do I calculate these calories burned

Hi there. I can't seem to find some exercises on mfp, so I'm wondering how I can find out how many calories I'm burning. I'm just doing some bicep curls, lunges, and squats with 5lb weights. I know the calorie amount burned won't be huge, but it'll be something I'm sure since I'll be doing it for a while. Any idea how to calculate this? Sorry if this is the wrong section for this question. I'm new to the forums.
