I'm a little confused about the calories that you burn in a work out being added to the amount you're allowed in a day! If you consume the ones you've burned will you still lose weight??

My Fitness Pal gave you a calorie deficit with zero exercise factored in. Your activity level should be based on your job.
It's best to eat only a portion of exercise calories back because burns are estimates. They can be generous. Eat back 50-70%.....then see if weight loss progresses as usual. If you are losing faster....eat more exercise calories. If you are losing slower eat fewer exercise calories.
Moderate paced weight loss helps your body fuel existing lean muscle mass better. Moderate paced weight loss helps you lower your body fat %.1
