Best recumbent stationary bike?

I am in the market for a stationary bike but, don't know what Brands
are the best or what Features I should look for. I am in my fifty's suffering from arthritis and not an athlete. I do enjoy walking but with the winter snows it's hard to walk outside fast enough without falling! Any suggestions would be appreciated. :-)
