7 week challenge start today!

Hi there I'm going to start a 7 week challenge for today 14th January until 4th March.
The general goal is to lose 14 lbs in this time but any loss is great! I've set myself some mini goals and I'd like us all to post our goals on this page! I've got 50lbs to lose so I'm hoping to lose more than 14 but 14 is a healthy kind of goal for all starting weights!
I'll then make a group where we can all speak on the daily and only update this post every Saturday with your weigh ins!

Come and join guys and gals and we can do this!!! :)

    Okay I'll join you, but for me 7lb in 7 weeks is more realistic so I'm going for that! I too have somewhere around the 50lb to lose. X

    I would love to join this. I need some accountability right now. I also will go for 7 pounds though as that is more realistic for me.

    Hello my fellow challenge partners. I woke up today, looked in the mirror and decided... "it is time!". The red light is flashing in my eyes. I resorted to MFP with hope to find a group that , like me, missed the typical Jan 1st start. With a 2 week delay but nevertheless...a late wake up is better than no wake up. January 14 it is. MFP calculates that with my plan I should loose 7 lb by Feb 18. Sounds little steep but I am giving it a try. Good luck to all of us!

    Got on the scale this am and it was awful...looked in the mirror and it was worse. Then I saw this post and I'd like to join you! would be thrilled to lose 10 but 7 would be a good start too.

    I will join. This is exactly the time frame I am working on. I have a more aggressive goal of 20lbs.
