Ive started mfp and im getting my self in a tis over what i should and shouldnt be eating. I just want some calification really.
Ive got a daily calorie allowance and as long as i say within that allowance . I can basicially eat what i want.
i know of course i dont want to use all my calorie allowance on a macdonalds burger but i could if i wanted.

    Yes, you are correct. Losing weight is about consistently eating less than you burn. But to be able to consistently eat less than you burn, most people need to pay attention to what they eat so that nutritional needs are covered.

    Thanks for your help. And yes i will keep an eye on what i eat so i know i get all the nutirents

    Don't get yourself stressed out - eating or food choices shouldn't make you feel anxious, guilty, bad, naughty etc.

    I eat for health most of the time (my view of healthy - probably different to yours, but that's ok!), but know I have the freedom to include whatever I like if I want it. I call that "food for the soul"... Stuff that makes you happy, tastes great, has nice memories attached, is special etc.

    See once you get to grips with it, you will plan your meals ahead, trick is not to eat your allowance, and exercise you do, don't include it in your allowance if you want to kick start Wright liss, good luck, feel free to add me x
