Macros?

Hey. I'm after some advice regarding daily calories and macros. I thought I had it figured (mostly) but due to an increased workload I'm finding very little time to to workout, and as a result put on weight. Been much stricter over the last couple weeks and made it to the gym a few times, but no change on the scales. Need a plan of action! How do you allocate your macros?
