Calorie count HELP

Hi, I have a recipe which I would like some help counting calories on please.
3 medium eggs, tub of cottage cheese, pack of bachelors pasta n sauce mixed with water only. Mixed together and cooked in oven for half hour. Please can anyone tell me how many calories this contains, I usually get 8 portions out of it, thanks
