Plan a full body workout

I was wondering how to plan a full body workout that promotes fat loss and muscle gain.

    Just pick an established plan and work with that. Strong Lifts, New Rules of Lifting, Strong Curves.

    If you prefer bodyweight then You Are Your Own Gym, Body By You, Convict Conditioning

    Stronglifts is so easy to understand and follow and needs less equipment than some of the other programs. Basically, don't make your own plan, pick a plan and stick to it.
