Help setting up for my Adventure Race

Hi Folks,
I am running my first three event race next weekend. I am truly an amateur. It is a mini race but they are calling it an Adventure Race. I will be kayaking two miles, cycling a 20K and running a 5K. I would like suggestions on setting up my changing area and any suggestions for my event will be greatly appreciated. My goal is for this old gal to finish it. No expectations of time etc. I just want to complete it and then try to improve my performance next time.
