Is this a good workout plan?

Hi all after trying out lots of classes in my gym and figuring out how to make it work with my son's nap and eating schedule I think this is the weekly routine I will do. How does it look to you all?
Mon- 25-30 mins HIIT elliptical
Tues- Bodyvive
Weds- Bodyflow
Thurs- Bodyvive
Mon- 25-30 mins HIIT elliptical
Tues- Bodyvive
Weds- Bodyflow
Thurs- Bodyvive

Kudos for working out a plan when you're a mom. Do have any speciific goals or just looking to be active?
I'm not familar with those programs except HIIT. Strength training of any type is encouraged. It burns fat longer than cardio does. Helps maintain weight versus gaining weight. Keeps our bones and muscle groups healthy.0 -
Yeah..Not sure what those classes are. Hiit is great, then 2-3 days strength, fill in the rest with what you like.0

Well done for having a plan helps you keep on track. Don't be frightened to juggle things about if needed. As long as you have a plan I'm sure you will make the time most of the time and get thier0
